Daniel has over 20 years of experience as a licensed trades professional and loves helping our customers keep paint out of landfills!

Garrett B., Waste Diversion Specialist
Our resident summer intern throughout his college career, Garrett is newly minted with a B.S. degree in Risk & Securities Management from Penn State University ("WE ARE!"). We are happy to have him back on the team and promote him to his new position!

Howard D., Waste Diversion Specialist
Howard is a seasoned veteran in the estate sales, auction house, and antique appraisal industries. He's got mad project management skills, and is ideally suited for taking charge of customers' homes full of yuck!

Lee H., Waste Diversion Specialist and Events Manager
Lee (retired, US Navy), with 30+ years of operational experience with foreign ordnance and equipment and combat and operational experience in multiple theaters, is equipped for the battle to rescue local landfills from latex paint and run our paint recycling events. Personal decorations include the Bronze Star, the Defense Meritorious Service Medal, and Combat Action Ribbons.

Nicole M., Environmental Programs Manager
Armed with a B.A. degree in Communications and a minor in Environmental Public Relations from Coastal Carolina University, and career work experience at Yellowstone and Grand Canyon National Parks, Nicole returns to Yuck Old Paint to manage our best-in-class business and warehouse operations, program logistics, and customer engagement.

With 15 yrs professional experience in warehouse management and international shipping logistics, Patrick makes our behind-the-scenes operations Yacht Rock smooth.

Paul C., Waste Diversion Specialist
Paul (veteran, Corporal, USMC) has 8 years of military hazmat and ordnance experience, including several Navy Achievement Medals, and loves helping our customers keep paint out of the landfills!

Ryan M., Waste Diversion Specialist
Ryan (Major, U.S. Army Reserves) has over ten years of military hazmat and ordnance experience. He is delighted to join our boots-on-the-ground operation, keeping paint cans out of landfills!

Tony R., Ohio Operations Manager
Tony has 20+ years of experience as the owner/operator of a paint contractor company in the Columbus area. He is delighted to be part of our westward expansion beyond the East Coast.
